To this end, W Group has implemented specific rules and a reporting process to provide potential whistleblowers with secure channels that guarantee the confidentiality of their identity, as well as of the information contained in the report and their protection against possible prejudice or retaliation in accordance with the provisions of Legislative Decree 24/2023, which transposes EU Directive 2019/1937 in Italy. For this, W Group has adopted a procedure for reporting violations, which contains all the indications about how to make the report.

W Group has, in addition, made available an external digital platform, managed by a specialized third party, in order to ensure the effectiveness and confidentiality of the reporting process and provide broad and indiscriminate access for all those who wish to make a report.
