Before stepping into the world of recruiting, I spent eight years in banking – first in HR, then in commercial roles – which gave me a solid foundation in understanding people, managing relationships, and working towards ambitious goals.
That background proved invaluable when I moved to London and began my journey as a headhunter. Over time, I specialized in IT recruitment, growing into leadership roles and building expertise across areas like ERP, Data,Software, EPM, and AI, while collaborating with clients of all shapes and sizes– from startups to major consulting firms and international product companies.
What has always made the difference in my work isn’t just the tools or processes, but the way I connect with people. Whether I’m speaking with a candidate or a client, my focus is on listening, understanding, and building long-term trust. Relationships are the real value in this business – and they always will be.
I’m persistent, commercially minded, and fully dedicated to what Ido. Sure, AI is getting smarter — but until it learns to build trust over a coffee and close a deal on a handshake, I think I’m safe.
Outside of work, I have a curious eye on Web3, blockchain, andBitcoin – not (yet) as a maximalist, but definitely as an enthusiast.
